I have about two hours before I have to be up getting ready for the day. Should I just stay awake and not have a difficult time waking up, or should I take advantage of the time and get a little sleep but still be pretty tired all day?

My mother is making dinner.
She wants me to eat. She is making baked fish. I told her I didn’t want mine with any batter or seasoning. I am only having a little bit which is about 220 calories. I can work that off no problem. I won’t eat sides. Okaaay here we go.

It’s only 30 calories. I am currently eating it, the seaweed kind. The taste is okay but you can pass it off as a whole meal to your family.
